Unbeatable Value and Flavor at $1.50 Pizza on 43rd Street! We stumbled upon this gem of a pizza spot on 43rd Street during our family spring break trip to NYC, and it was a total game-changer! Conveniently located less than a block from our hotel, $1.50 Pizza became our go-to for a quick, delicious, and budget-friendly meal. After a long day of adventuring around the city, we grabbed a whole pizza pie with pepperoni and four bottles of pop for only $23--talk about a steal! The pizza was hot, tasty, and made fresh right in front of us, with a perfect balance of gooey cheese, tangy sauce, and spicy pepperoni. The value here simply can't be beat, and the taste was just as impressive as the price. It was the perfect meal to bring back to our hotel room, letting us unwind and refuel after a busy day exploring NYC. If you're looking for a quick, affordable, and satisfying bite in the heart of the city, this spot on 43rd Street is a must-try. We'll definitely be back on our next visit!

Needed a quick bit to hold me over for dinner. Can't beat $1.50 a NY slice, smaller than expected but it was more than enough before dinner. Small place, but packed with big goodness inside. **CASH only Thank goodness I had a $5 in my purse! Had a little line, but went by really fast. Service was great and fast and nothing more I can ask! All the condiments were on the side and I ate my pizza as I walked back to the hotel. I think I'm used to Costco sliced cheese pizza because I think that is better, nonetheless, I had my NY pizza fix.

Grabbed a plain pie for $12 and took it up to the room at Westin grand central. The guy at the counter (who was also the cook, yeah real big place) was friendly enough. The pizza tasted good, I wish it was cooked a bit longer though. I could have asked for well done and didn't so I'll take that on me. They also cooked it on a screen which I don't love. I want that bottom of the pizza right on the stone. Cheese to sauce ratio was solid and the dough had good flavor. All in all, I'd grab another one and ask for it crispy. Not the best you're getting in NYC by a long shot, but it Didn't Suck.

RIP, 99-cent pizza, but $1.50 still ain't bad. We came here for a quick lunch as the wafting pizza smells in the streets of New York beckoned me here. There was a short line but it moved quickly. Cash in hand, I ordered two cheese slices and it was hot and ready. They also have seasonings on the side of the counter to zhuzh it up. The default serving method is on a paper plate, but a small takeout box for your slice(s) is available upon request. They have some meal deals to save some change on a beverage, such as two cheese slices and a can of soda or water for $4. You can also get two slices with one-topping and a can of soda or water for $5.50. There's no extra savings if you choose to get the 18" cheese pie ($12, which still comes out to $1.50/slice). But hey, cheap and delicious New York pizza- it'll do in a pinch.

Feed a crowd for cheap in NYC. They accept Cash only! Pizza was good, cheesy and just the right amount of grease. Cheap napkins.

The year is 2024 and the 99 cent slices are now $1.50 and the 18" pies are now $12. No complaints, as it's still pretty clutch as a spot around grand central station to grab a quick slice while waiting for the train late at night. Folks behind the counter are friendly and service is quick. Three of us devoured the pie in less than ten minutes. Is it really a classic New York cheese slice? Welllll, it's more like a classic value slice... like a cheesy bread w a bit of tomato sauc

Honestly one of the best dollar pizza in NY. I can't see why anyone would be dissatisfied from this dollar pizza. It has a good balance of cheese, sauce, and bread and it's quick! Perfect for a quick bite and the service was fast. Always come here for a quick snack when I have the time and craving pizza

This was our first trip to NYC with our tween daughters who expressed an interest in seeing some Broadway shows. When planning/preparing for this trip, we knew this would not be a cheap vacation. Air fare to NYC from Honolulu = $$$$. Tickets to 4 Broadway shows = $$$$. Hotel in Times Square for a week = $$$$. Given the speed that money was being drained from my wallet, 99 Cent Fresh Pizza was definitely the best find on our trip! 99¢ for a huge slice of cheese pizza!!! $8 for a whole cheese pie!!! Our daughters are 13 years old - they would happily eat cheese pizza every day!!! Win - win!!! Can get busy (of course) so expect a line - especially during lunch time. Slices with other toppings (pepperoni, etc.) cost a bit more.
